Huur een vaste staanplaats of koop een volledig uitgeruste chalet, zodat u elk vrij weekend en\/of uw vakanties het campinggevoel kunt beleven op Eifel-Camp.<\/p>\n<p>Veel gasten zijn u voorgegaan en hebben al besloten om hun vrije tijd bij ons door te brengen. De rust, de natuur, de gevarieerde vrijetijdsbestedingen en de beheersbare kosten kunnen ook voor u de doorslag zijn.<\/p>\n<p>De volledig uitgeruste stacaravans bieden u een luxe die u niet zou verwachten.<\/p>\n<p>De chalets op Eifel-Camp zijn aangesloten op gas, water, telefoon en centrale antenne. Afhankelijk van het type en de locatie is een woonoppervlakte van 30 &#8211; 70 m\u00b2 mogelijk. De hoogte van het plafond ligt op ca. 2,20 m. Vloer, wanden en dak zijn goed ge\u00efsoleerd. De chalets zijn ingedeeld met \u00a0een woonkamer met zit- en eethoek, een volledig ingerichte kleine keuken of kitchenette, een slaapkamer met een tweepersoonsbed, een gasten(kinder)kamer en een badkamer met douche, toilet en wastafel.<\/p>\n<p>Graag adviseren wij u bij het kopen van een chalet en uiteraard kunnen we u in contact brengen met verschillende fabrikanten waarbij u uw gewenste accomodatie in verschillende maten en uitvoeringen kunt laten bezorgen.<\/p>\n<p>Er worden echter ook vaak <strong><a href=\"#gebrauchte_mobilheime_verkaufsliste\">gunstige, gebruikte stacaravans<\/a> <\/strong>aangeboden in het Eifel-Camp. Deze gebruikte stacaravans zijn afkomstig onze vaste gasten en zijn meestal in een zeer goede verzorgde staat.<\/p>\n<p>Mocht u ge\u00efnteresseerd zijn,schroom niet en neem contact met ons op, wij Campingplatz \u201eEifelcamp\u201c in direkter N\u00e4he zum Freilinger See und umgeben von wunderbarer Natur und erholsamer Ruhe stehen 45 qm und 30 qm gro\u00dfen H\u00e4uschen.<\/p>\n<p>Diese 2 Mobilheime werden nur zusammen verkauft, da diese durch einen sch\u00f6nen Innenhof miteinander verbunden sind, der von beiden Mobilheimen zug\u00e4nglich ist. Daher bieten sich diese Mobilheime besonders f\u00fcr Familien mit Kindern oder Hunden an. Im gr\u00f6\u00dferen der beiden H\u00e4uschen befinden sich ein Schlafzimmer, eine K\u00fcche mit Essecke, ein Wohnzimmer, ein kleiner Eingangsbereich, ein separates Esszimmer, ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und ein kleiner Balkon mit Blick ins Gr\u00fcne Richtung Freilingen. Ebenfalls geh\u00f6rt zu diesem H\u00e4uschen noch ein Schuppen f\u00fcr Werkzeug etc., das vom Innenhof aus zug\u00e4nglich ist. Das kleinere Mobilheim besteht aus einem gem\u00fctlichen Wohnzimmer mit Essecke, einem Klo und 3 weiteren separaten Zimmern. Es gibt aber keine Dusche und keine K\u00fcchenzeile, auch deshalb werden diese Mobilheime nur zusammen verkauft. Zu diesem Mobilheim geh\u00f6rt noch ein kleiner Au\u00dfenbereich mit Blumenbeet, Fahrradschuppen und Parkm\u00f6glichkeit f\u00fcr 2 Fahrzeuge.<\/p>\n<p>Beide Mobilheime sind Teilm\u00f6bliert. Das Gr\u00f6\u00dfere Mobilheim hat eine Wohnfl\u00e4che von 45qm und eine Grundfl\u00e4che von 140 qm. Das kleinere Mobilheim hat eine Wohnfl\u00e4che von 30 qm und eine Grundfl\u00e4che von 114 qm.<\/p>\n<p>Bei beiden Mobilheimen wurden vor 5 Jahren die D\u00e4cher von einem Dachdeckerbetrieb neu gemacht.
